Tanner (QTip) Update

1/28/2012

We renamed him Tanner. He is doing great, we enjoy him so much. My husband is
gone for a month and having tanner here helps so much! We love him so much. I am teaching him lots of tricks and manners :) He is also very protective of our
home!  Pictures of him making sure dad makes his food right, snuggling me
while dad is gone, and him stealing blankets :) and bein silly :)
07/11/12 Update:
Took some photos to send my husband while he is in Afghanistan and thought I
would share them with you!
Tanner is doing wonderfully.  He is so agile!  We have been working on some agility courses.  We are visiting my mother in Co right now and he is quite the little hunter.  Loving being in the mountains with all the animals!
I wouldn't have him with out you guys, so I really am thankful for you guys.  I love the little booger to the moon and back!  He is such a good boy :)  I will have to send home coming pics from when my husband returns.

Bleu (aka: Peewee) Update

We call him Bleu now and he just got fixed last week. He is recovering well.  He has found ways to hit things with his collar and its so funny to watch. This dog is the funniest thing on the planet. He looooooves attention and has so much energy so we take him to the park to run. When he sees other dogs he automatically thinks they are his little friends and he starts playing with them, even though most don't play back unless they're young. He is so good at playing fetch and will fetch anything we throw. He runs around the house and is the happiest dog I have ever seen. My sister says that he is exactly like my husband because no matter what is going on, he is in a good mood. He actually likes his sweaters when its cold. I also could not believe how easy it was to house train him. This little dog is so much better than most out there and people tell us that they haven't seen other dogs behave like him. He makes many
different sounds like he's trying to talk and I have never seen that before. I don't think we will ever get any other breed if we purchase dogs in the future.  I hope the pics go through ok. Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks for giving us the smartest dog ever,
Raluca and Nick

Zoey (aka: Queenie) Update

1/26/2012

She is an awesome little beast!  She torments the cat until the cat swats the living out of her, then she comes back for more.  I was at a party where a pit bull mix was and he was grouchy.  Did not stop Zoey!  She was pouncing on him all night, yet she understands dog etiquette very well and knows when to ease up.  She is like a cat in that she likes to be high on furniture.  One pic is of one of my staff with his two dogs and Zoey attacking him from behind.  Everyone at work loves her and begs me to go away so they can baby-sit her.  She is 7 month old now and is about 21 pounds.  I'll sen dmore pics as she get older.  she has that wavy shorter coat than a lot of  Aussies... I really think she looks like her mother.
She is a joy....Steve
